Thank you for your participation and for the trust you have shown us through your responses.
We will:
Offer compensation for participation in the CILs, with a mix of AA, BTA, and BTB for 2025
Launch the project for a new website
Clarify in the ECIL specifications that AT is performed at pH 7
Consider drafting a Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
We cannot:
Guarantee a product line with reference values for SO₂, IPT, and tartaric acid: feasibility and stability issues
Adjust or create a product line for the copper parameter
Guarantee reference values for D-lactic acid and sorbic acid for amino acids (AA): low demand
Have a higher malic acid content (around 5 g/L): impossible given the results at 3 g/L. Furthermore, your enzyme kits do not go beyond 3 or 4 g/L
We remind you that:
Several reference samples are blends of white, rosé, and red wines
You have a copper value for BTA and BTB
The SW range corresponds to the former IR range (SW10 is a sweet wine and SW30 is a blend of must and sweet wine) --> of interest to VFA
We do not have a Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
We guarantee the reference values upon opening the product and verify stability throughout the shelf life
The difference between BTA and BTB: a single quality control check, two different formats
We no longer provide a summary sheet that could cause confusion with the various lots on sale
